lanna2011
I have changed mice (a brand new cable free doesn't work at all). Updated drivers, changed the USB port but it still goes 'in and out' I have a fairly new i7 Dell laptop it just makes that 'dung dung' noise as it clicks on and off I have deleted and reinstalled - to no avail I have windows 7 - any other ideas? sulasno
check the settings at the Control Panel; plug the mouse into another system and check that it is working; buy a wireless mouse
RKASA
Many of the non brand name wireless mice are junk. A good one cost 1k or more - MS makes a good one. I had an MS wireless for 6 years and it always worked great. I wore it out and it fell apart - that was just years of hard use and not at all disappointed with that. I try to save money and three mice later one of which never worked at all and returned - I get an MS mouse at tesco and it is all good again works great. In linux os's as well - so go with what works and don't be over cheap is my lesson learned with wireless mice.
