Fisherman dies as he cleans boat at Sattahip Port

PATTAYA: -- A Fisherman appears to have drowned as he cleaned the hull of a fishing boat moored at a pier in Sattahip on Thursday. Police and Rescue Services made their way to the pier and inspected the body of the Thai Man who was known as “Uncle Frank” to his friends. He had been doing odd-jobs at the pier for many years and on Thursday he was asked to clean the underside of a fishing boat, which required him to submerge himself in the relatively shallow water.
