manarak
I positively hate jellyfish in general and the poisonous ones particularly. It is close to a phobia. Are they good for something? Are there ways to get rid of them, apart turtles? Nope! Very few natural enemies. Authorities should put a bounty on the very toxic ones. 200 or 300 baht a pop, it would give some thais an opportunity to make money. Crushdepth
Last year I saw an anemone eating a jellyfish at Chumphon Pinnacles. It had swallowed it tentacles first, only the top of the bell (~20cm diameter) was still visible (surprised it could fit it in). Some rabbit fish also eat jellyfish, they pick the bell to pieces and leave the tentacles.
