I plan to visit to Thailand sometime in August as a Tourist

Valid passport with atleast 6 month validity from the date of travel

1 Form

2 Photographs

3. Covering letter

4. Return Confirmed Ticket

Where can I get the form from and also could anyone provide me covering letter samples.

This should help. The form can be downloaded. A covering letter should not be required.
