I found this picture puzzle on a Thai friend's facebook. I think I deciphered it and it reads in Thai:

ตรวทสายตา

มี sex ม้อย เกินไัปจึงทำไห้ สายตาไม่ด่อยดี

ถ้าอ่านไม่ได้กรุณาถอย ๕ เมตร ถุ้ง ๑๐๑

And translation:

Test your eyesight

If you don't have enough sex; your eyesight will not be so good.

If you can't read this, step back 5 meter (I don't get the following part, why 101?).

Am I correct? You are lucky, in the thumbnail it's easier to read than in real size (which is the trick: the smaller the picture gets, the easier it es to read).

I think the word is กุ้ง not ถุ้ง, referring to a trick โกงน้อย.
