Online Translator

Featured Replies

does anyone know a website that will let me type thai words with english letters, and translate them into thai letters? i can't type thai on my keyboard, and the online translators sometimes give me weird translations. or any suggestions for another way to type thai? i did search but couldn't find what i was looking for. thanks for the help! :)

I'd install the Thai keyboard option (assuming Windows) and get a Thai keyboard or a set of Thai keyboard stickers (eBay is your friend).

http://www.thai-language.com/dict lets you type individual words in the Roman alphabet and gives you various possible Thai matches.

Better, though, learn to type in Thai. http://www.thai-notes.com has a pretty good typing tutor.

I would like to say "sa-wad-dee-krub" :)

On Google translate I just type in English and it comes out Thai, even says it for you if you want

Go to Google and in the upper left is a translate link.

What a great incentive to NOT learn Thai ;)

..never again have to listen to a wife nagging and moaning

Got me beat why so many on here say Thai/Farang marriages dont last

Online translators like Frengly do seem to have got a lot smarter even in the last 12 months.

It won't be long before you'll be able to speak English into your iPhone and some $1.99 App will spit out the Thai for you, correct tones and all.

select Thai in your windows settings, keeps your English too... if you can't find stickers in thailand, cheap here in US: https://www.4keyboard.com

the only problem is that in a sentence it as it is not always what you write, i always copy it and reverse it from Thai to English and then read it.
