Featured Replies

Hi

I am an expat living in thailand for 8 years. I work out side thailand in the oil industry.

I never know my schedule to far ahead I could be gone from thailand for 3 months or 3 weeks i never know until i get back to work, this is to give you a bit of back ground on my living in thailand,

Is what i am looking for is year long insurance when i am there that will cover me.

i want insurance i dont have to worry about paying when i get there i can give them my insurance card and i am covered.

any experience or info thanks ahead

There are many medical policies on the market of various benefits/costs, some better than others. As a Thai Visa member you have access to the full range of plans available via the Thai Visa Brokers. Please go HERE for an on-line quote and more information.

you definitely should explore what the sponsors of thaivisa have to offer.

they are very good at what they do and offer.

however, if you are still dissatisfied with the ranges of their excellent coverage, pm me.

I found to get the best terms, keep away from any Ferang Connections. Ex Pats Clubs are convenient admittedly if you have no Thai Friends with a Business Head.I compared years ago, and a Thai Broker calls a good tune even now.

Would not bother with vonts indirect promotion of himself.

He couldn't provide any information for me, just called me arrogant.

Hit the BUPA site online. Looks like decent coverage from a reliable company. You can buy direct it appears, which must save you from the middle-men agent crocodiles.

Any good vendor will not undersell their agents as long as they need them. The commission is kept in-house to cover the costs of direct sales.

which specific info were you seeking that i could not provide?

were you the one who was asking for the source of the insurance company that provide monthly installment payment to help out those who need the monthly installment plan....?

and that i refused to reveal the source to you because you were seeking info NOT for insurance purpose but for some other personal gain....?

were you that person....?

just for your info, i just help some one secured the auto insurance at several thousand baht less than what was quoted and at a monthly installment too, at about 1,300 per month....?

as i stated before i am not even remotely connected with any of those dozen or so insurance companies who allow monthly insurance payment....

just because many farang do not know about something to help them survive better in thailand, that surely does not mean that it does not exist.... OPEN YOUR EYES WIDER.... GUYS.... B)

the best part is.... i am not even paid one red cent for helping those who are in need.... even though some even forgot how to say thank you.... LOL
