Mario2008
He will not have enough time to apply for a conversion, as Nan immigration wants to see a waiveer of the teaching license. I'm afraid he will have to go abroad and apply for a non-B visa, best if he applies for the work permit first. But not sure if Bangkok immigration will want to see the teaching license or waiver. If not, he can apply for a conversion to a non-B in Bangkok, with paperwork from school and the WP3 form from the labour office.
