maccaroni man Posted August 5, 2012 Author Share Posted August 5, 2012 just a quick update on my program, i went to the states and gained 12kg in 8 weeks and it is not coning off nearly as easly as it went on, i am a bit bummed with myself for allowing this to happen and the result of this lack of control has led to times of depression, denial and far too much brain damage simply because i failed to control what i eat.
