Entry And Exit Permits

Featured Replies

Hello, help, I am currently in Taiwan with a one time exit and entry permit on my retirement visa. If I stay longer than listed would I have to renew the visa. Thank you

Not sure what you are asking but if you return to Thailand after your Retirement Extension expires you will have to start again.

If you are asking if you stay longer than the date you wrote down on your permit application, no, that's doesn't effect your permit UNLESS the reentry date is after the expiry date of your current permission to stay on the retirement extension.

I had just renewed my Thai retirement visa for one year so it is good until May 2012. I wrote on my one time exit entry application that I would return on 2 July but I may stay in Taiwan until 9 July. From what you said I am OK. Thank you

If you have a single Re-entry Permit stamp in your passport it has a valid until date. As long as its later than your return date your okay.
