what's the deal on this place ?

i mean , does anyone really live there ?

finished / open (is it?) a year or two a go at a fantastic location (walkway to the BTS) and now it looks all shaggy and like there's NO maintenance . i mean , this place looks to be going down in record time .

and now their bulding like a huge something (mall , condos, competition) directly across the soi (also on the BTS station) ; they're going high there .

so that's how the they do it here. sell it out (maybe i guess) , build it and forget about it . and on to the next one .

when i first came over 6 years a go i looked at the model ; 5 mill. for a 1 BR ; glad i passed on that

It is sandwiched between two T-junctions. Go figure this out.
