lovelaos Posted June 27, 2011 Share Posted June 27, 2011 (edited) Same as Thailand for true visions or you can get Laos cable in major cities which gives you most of what you need, no English commentary on PL though for 120 USD a year. There is also Laos Digital TV for a much cheaper option but only picks up a signal in Vientiane. I currently have UBC dish, reciever, card for sale in Vientiane PM me for details.
