I can't seem to find any budget hotels close to Penang International Airport. Does anyone have a recommendation?

Why would you want to stay next to airport - Georgetown isn't that far away? Go into the city or to the beach. In the city is where you will find budget places.

is only a small island....

I simply want to fly in one day and out the next day as I only need a 30 day Thai visa on arrival.
