There was quite a long thread about a BM's wife who changed Company Docs/Directors etc, transferred the land and borrowed money against the land....

Just wondered if any other BM's had (ex)-Wife's who had done the same and if they'd gone to court...(and won or lost)

Hasn't happened to me yet but is making me think about disposing of Real Estate assets in Thailand....

Not yet.. But in the process of discussing with the wife of selling one property and investing the money in Aus in my name which she has agreed to and renting the other, investing that money in Thailand in both of our names , then semi retiring and living on her land in Bkk . so what ever happens i don't walk away with nothing

That story is scary, but he's not the first farang that has been scammed by wife / girlfriend or someone they care about .
