I have heard and read about being able to do the 90 day reporting thing at Bumrungrad, but lots of conflicting information. So I dropped in today after work.

There is a mobile immigration unit that sets up in the business centre on the 10th floor of the clinic building, every 3rd saturday of each month.

Apparently most visa related things can be done there.

I had heard it was the 3rd Tuesday or Thursday, but the very nice lady said it was Saturday.

That would mean it is open on the 16th this month.

She told me to ring and double check nearer the time.
