What Impact If Any Will The Election Results Have On Company Set-Up Policy

Featured Replies

I'm setting up a company in a few months, and I've planned on the current laws and policies. Just wondering if this likely to change with the impending change of government.

I would advise extreme caution; TRT were very xenophobic and PT will be no different Thaxin has a few axe's to grind especially with the British and a few other Country's that would not dance to his tune

Expect a visa overall very soon

If the company is truly Thai owned and capitalized then no problem. If you are talking about your typical foreign controlled, via preferred voting shares, nominee company then I'd say wait awhile until things settle down.
