About to apply for Non O in KL for first time

I have the cash the application and the following

Thai Wife's house book Tabby Anban sigened

Letter of invitation in Thai signed

Wifes ID copy signed

Original and copy my passport,Thai driving licence showing address

Wedding Certificate my original and copy

400k +in Australian bank statement dated today

4passport fotos on blue background (ok?)

550 ringgit

I intend apply 0830 August 25th collect 26th

I have ticket to BKK via Kl from Riyadh with stop over and onward ticket

Are they open for sure on these dates I know with Ramadan Hari Rya Merdeka etc things and Thai civil servants never miss a chance fr a make upoday

Also unlike visas Ive had inside LOS it says where am I resident

Well I spend half year in Oz US and Saudi where I have no property

Can I put our family home in Thailand this is my mailing address for bank and place I live but do not have permanent residence

I have a home in France but no carte de sejour

Guarantor wife or self?

If all else fails I guess I can deposit 400k in bank use my visa on arrival and 60 extension while cash seasons in SCB?

It is far too hot 47 degrees in Saudi to go to the embassy today and surprise surprise ehey re not answering emails or calls

Open Monday - Friday 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. excluding Malaysian and Thai public holidays for visa applicatons and 14:30 to 16:00 for pick up on next working day.

KL Embassy closed for holidays in August on 12, 30, 31.

Home address in Thailand ok, guarantor Thailand self - no Malaysian Guarantor ok.
