Uploading With True 3G

Featured Replies

Is anyone able to upload with true 3g? Im trying to upload 97 mb and it just aint going through. So i broke it down into 8 parts of about 12 mb each and tried doing that and it still won't go through.

So are uploads limited by true or what?

On a side note i tried using my dtac number to go online since true was being a dog yesterday, and the edge speed was faster than the true 3g speed ! <deleted> ?

I just tried uploading an 222kb image to craigslist just now with true and it was a no go.

I have uploaded loads of data with True 3G, and never had any problems. Always very satisfied with both upload and download speeds. Maybe you should try and contact support, or drop in at one of their stores.

True 3G is very bad on some locations. I am in Asok (Near petchaburi MRT / Bridge) and my 3G speed is like joke. However, it works pretty dam_n good on Siam Paragon and even in Don Muang area!

Where are you located?

True 3G used to be really good in Chiang Mai, but currently - and for the last week or so - it's crap. Uploads are slower than downloads but you should get around 50KB/s.

Oh and check your usage, you might have hit your cap if you're on a "fair use" unlimited plan...
