So... last time I went to get a dual-entry tourist visa, one border would not give anything but 15 days and the other would only give if did not already have 2 used dual entry visas in the passport already.

What is the status? Where can I go for a dual-entry tourist visa?

You could try Phnom Phen, maybe use an agent. That sometimes helps

(Borders never give a visa, only a Thai consulate does that)
