Renting By The Month

Hi,

Is it possible to rent a furnished apartment by the month? I wish to stay in Thailand in November, December and January or maybe February and leave went it gets too hot. Would I pay much more than if I was renting for a year? Do I have to pay many months in advance?

Depends on the location and your bargaining skills.

Yes, lots of places you can rent by the month. Usually the more popular ones want at least a 3 month stay, so you should be just fine.

Rent typically runs from 3,000 (some places less) up to 10-15,000 depending on the location and facilities. There are some threads here with recommendations if you search for them.
