I am just starting to learn web development (doing my own site). Even though I have an IT background, web construction was never anything I touched, so using Dreamweaver is a steep learning curve - and a very frustrating one!

There's plenty of training material etc on the web, but there's still a number of annoying problems I am having which although look simple, are proving difficult to solve.

Ideally I am looking for a forum/get-together/group/whatever in Chiang Mai where one can discuss these issues, which would speed up my learning no end, and sort out some of my time-consuming problems which all no doubt have simple solutions.

Alternatively if there are any Dreamweaver experts in Chiang Mai who could spare a few hours for discussing/resolving issues (I would be willing to pay) feel free to send me a personal message.

My aim is to develop and maintain my site myself, so going to a web-development company is not a solution.

Any thoughts/suggestions/contacts?
