Rich country, very rich in fact, very very rich in terms of per capita. Fairly strait laced society (?), heavily focused on outdoor sports in particular winter sports. Small population, harder to fall between racks because the cracks can be made very small. I mean, it’s a stereotype obviously, London also has a lot of wealth but also plenty of homeless. But Oslo isn’t big, it’s small and compact and I’m talking about the centre of town around the main train station, not down back streets or a ghetto area. Anyway, off topic, but if this guy decides to sleep rough when he gets home, he won’t be alone from my experience.
