Does anyone know where the nearest Thai consulate is that will give a one year multi entry O visa based on a UK civil partnership,we got our original one from Hull on production of our civil partnership certificate, no problems at all.

Does anyone know if we could get another one from the Thai consulate in Savannakhet on production of our UK civil partnership certificate duly translated into Thai of course instead of having to fly back to the UK?

No such option anywhere that I am aware of. Only recognized marriage under Thai law. Are you sure your last visa was not issued for friends by Hull? That option has been removed so I would contact them before returning for a new visa.
