Customer Support Representatives

We are looking for Native English Speakers who have a pleasant personality and strong customer relations skills to provide customer support for a mobile software company. You will be providing technical, product and sales support, by phone, email and live chat, to customers in the USA and Europe. We provide a 24 hour response time, so you need to be able to work weekends and evening shifts, including holidays on a regular basis. You will be expected to update user manuals and also do some user testing as well.

Job Requirements

• Native English Speakers Only (Prefer U.S., but will consider Native English Speakers from Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand and South Africa)

• Bachelor’s Degree (any field)

• Able to solve simple technical problems

• Comfortable with mobile software

• Able To Work Night Shifts, Holidays and Weekends

• Patient, understanding and calm attitude when dealing with customers

• Interacting with development teams to make sure customers are happy

This job is ideal for EFL teachers who want to do something more challenging and have the opportunity for advancement with a growing company. Starting salary is negotiable, but is at least 35,000 baht per month.
