Seeking Job In Bangkok Or Korat

Featured Replies

Hi to everyone,

this is my first post on your Forum and i hope to make some new friends and hopefully become an Expat soon, so any information or help will be greatly appreciated.

My wife and currently live and work in Perth Western Australia, My wife who is a Thai National who i married just on eight years ago works as a nurse here and i am employed full time as a OH&S Safety, Quality and Training Manager.

As we frequently visit Thailand twice yearly we decided to have our own house built in the outskirts of Korat City (Khock Kruat) which was completed in January 2011 and we stay at our house whenever we visit.

Since building the house both my wife and I have been thinking of relocating back to Thailand Permanently, however we require some sort of income until i am old enough to claim my pension 2-3 years.

Therefore i am seeking any work in my field of expertise being OH&S. I hold every qualification in Safety,Quality, Auditing and Training including a Bachelor Degree in Safety. I have had extensive experience in Mining, Drilling, Engineering and Construction.

I do not for one minute expect to earn what i currently earn in Australia but would be happy to be able to comfortably survive in Thailand be it a part time, full time or casual position.

If anyone has any information about where i should start to look, or know of any organisations to approach, your information would be greatly appreciated.

I can send my Resume and Details on Request.

Hoping to hear from someone soon, Regards, jonesy
