I have a couple guys that do everything for me and a few of my friends. They can fix stoves n wiring, build shelves, do tile work, make fences. And they draw out actual plans for you to approve first ! I'll pm you with details. It's a side job for them and I'm always happy to help them find some more work to support their families.

Oh yeah, they understand Eng more than they speak it, but their listening is pretty solid if you don't go too fast - That's also why sketched out plans help. If you have a translator, it all goes super-easy.

My contractors who did work on our house in Bangkok are originally from Uttradit They now work in Bangkok. They have promised to do work on our new house in CM but I don't give much hope for that.
