The lover caused the sender of the message to be unhappy about the situation regarding money or property, saying that there's a criteria or basis for it and it's a waste of money because of ???

2nd message: การทำงานที่คิดจะลงทุนแบบมีหุ้นส่วนให้ระวังการถูกหักหลักถูกโกง

This part would be investing in something, being cautious and being deceived?

3rd message: I can't read most of the characters

This is a poor translation. Let's hope someone else can help you out.

Why is it you say ..the lover..what gives that indication

คนรัก means lover or boyfriend/girlfriend.

It looks like some kind of daily horoscope. Probably this phone has been subscribed to it.
