Recommendation For Private Taxi, Limo Or Minibus Bkk To Koh Samui

Featured Replies

Having been through a recent tramatic experience of having a newborn airlifted from Koh Samui to Samitivej in Bangkok (near airport), we are now seeking any safe, reliable overland (and sea) transport home. Does anyone have any experience with private taxi/limo/minivan? We are myself, recovering mother, 4-year-old daughter and soon-be-released newborn (requiring car seat). Open to any suggestions -- ie, via Chumphon or Surat Thani. Obviously, having just dropped over a million Baht (althogh thankful for the incredible and professional doctors and nurses), price is an issue. Thanks in advance for any responces.

Hi

You could try a taxi driver / guide, i use a lot for trips - her name is sonya, she has a large toyota camray 4x4 very comfortable.

you can contact her by email [email protected] or telephone 081 363 2326 she speaks very good english

or take a look at www.orientalescape.com for an idea of prices

best wishes

If you are a driver, how about a one-way hire from one of the reputable hire companies? (Budget, Hertz etc.)

Hire it in BKK and off-hire on Samui. Just a thought.
