Easy Visa In Canada (Tourist)

Easy Visa in Canada (Tourist)

I just got my dual entry tourist visa from the Thai consulate in Toronto yesterday. Super easy and fast. I took the advice of a fellow board member and went to the office with the online form filled in with the basic info. Passport number, name, my home addy, when I'm going etc. No flight, hotel or other details filled in.

The office is tiny and is in the lower (basement) level of an old house at 17 Isabella St just off Yonge street. There was no one else there, just a very nice young man who quickly scanned my application, said everything looks fine, that'll be 70 dollars and pick it up tomorrow at 10:30 . I told him I live out of town (a three hour drive) and he instantly produced a Canada Post Express Post envelope and said that'll be 15 dollars. We talked about what a great website this is and how they watch it closely. My passport with dual entry visa arrived this morning, 24 hours after dropping it off. He also confirmed that no outward bound ticket is required if you hold a tourist visa. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.

A very nice place staffed by very nice people. If you are within driving distance this spot is highly recommended.
