In fact one, AmeriThai, has readvertised and someone from there even phoned me to ask me whether I wanted a job. They're down in Surat Thani, a very nice area I believe and close to the islands. Be warned unless you’re close to somewhere that has some western amenities life can get really boring (except if you’re into doing the whole Thai language/culture scenario). Nice place to live, not to big but plenty of Western ameneties ,bars, nightlife, expat life. There are quite a few schools in and around town as well.
