ถึงรู้ ก็ไม่บอกหรอก - Even though I know, I'm not saying anything.

All of these are used:

ถึง

แม้

ถึงแม้

แม้ว่า

ถึงแม้ว่า

The longer forms are more common in writing and formal speech. The shorter forms are more common in the spoken language.

ทั้งๆ or ทั้งๆ ที่ should work also
