Help! Looking For A *kick Ass* Nye Party In Thail

A friend and I will be arriving in Thailand on Dec 24th and staying till Jan 17th. We are 2 crazy party chicks looking for a kick ass place to spend new years! We love the dance culture, so we're looking for a party with wicked djs. We'll be hitting the FullMoon party in Jan, but would love to have some suggestions for new years. I also wouldn't mind meeting up with some peeps to explore the land together.

If you're into dance music then hit Haad Rin on Ko Phagnan for New Year - like the Full Moon Party but a bit bigger...

Word of warning - try and call ahead to book accommodation (if someone will accept the booking) - things are fairly packed out between Christmas and New Year...
