Do You Allways Get Another 2 Months On Reentering

Featured Replies

Is it written in sticky rice here! That when you reenter after your non O expires, that you get a further 2 months? as Air fair to return to the Uk for another needs to be bought ASAP to avoid a Sting, So could I actualy get a ticket now for then?

If your Visa has expired you will get 30 days if arriving by air and 15 days by land.

If your Non O Visa is still valid you get 90 days.

You never get two months on a non immigrant O visa entry. Are you talking about a multi entry non immigrant O visa issued by a Consulate with a use before date in October? If yes you will get a new 90 day entry any time before expiration date of that visa.
