You would go to the Office for that area at the appropriate time, either reporting or renewal etc.

Your next extension would be at the new location office and you should report change of address and start making 90 day reports there.

If I understand correctly, I do not need to do other than report change of address, and make my 90 day report to the new area office, and only change details when I have to renew permit to stay, a year after the initial one
