Ratsima Posted August 22, 2011 Share Posted August 22, 2011 How strict is Solar Air with their luggage limit? I'm going to Koh Tao this week via Solar Air and the Lomprayah ferry. The Solar Air luggage limit is 10 kilos. Pretty hard to carry one's dive gear with a limit like that. Just my BCD, fins and mask weight that much. Excess baggage is 70 baht per kilo. I guess I'll just have to wear the same clothes all week! I guess it's just yet another sneaky way to make money. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TPI Posted August 22, 2011 Share Posted August 22, 2011 When I travel via solar to Phrae they don't make a big deal of excess baggage, smile, shrug offer to pay and usually it's ok!
