Moneybookers do not operate local agencies like Western Union. They operate via transfers to other Moneybookers accounts from which you may then arrange a withdrawal to your nominated (and verified) bank account. Another withdrawal method is to apply to M oneybookersfor a prepaid credit card and use that for withdrawals. More details available on the Moneybookers website.
