I have just moved down to Jomtien from Bangkok. I am looking for a recommendation for a golf club fitting service as I need to replace the shaft on my R11 driver for a Graphite Design DJ 6 (S). Would rather get it done here than to travel back to Dr Golf in Ekamai, Bangkok!

Its not very close to Jomtien but there are a couple of shops on Third Road between Klang and Nua. I had a new graphite shaft fitted to a 7 wood and it has been fine. I think this was at City Golf - it was the shop which is on the left after the trafic lights heading north with Lun La bar on the right hand sider, 7/11 on left corner before you get to the driving range (also on the left and before you hit Nua). Normally easy to park outside. They also had a good selection of shafts.

Thai-ger Line Golf is another option - they have a web site and a re a bit more central

There is also a big Golf store next to Home Works/Big C on Sukhumvit which may be closer but not sure if they fit shafts.

Others may have better recs.
