SATTAHIP: -- wheelchair-bound lottery ticket vendor was arrested on class 1 drug dealing charges over the weekend. Sattahip Police conducted an undercover operation and arrested Khun Kosit aged 39, who was alleged to have been selling drugs at local markets for many years. With a 70 Baht profit per tablet compared to 20 Baht per lottery ticket, the temptation to sell drugs was too much, according to the suspect who sold drugs to an undercover officer
