What are the hours of the Thai embassy in Vientiane for applying for a visa (in the morning I think), and then for collecting the visa on the next day?

I have time for the morning application, but after collecting my passport/visa on the next day, I have to 'hotfoot' back to Udon Thani airport to catch a flight back to Phuket.

Information is much appreciated

Application: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 12:00

Passport collection: 13:00 to 15:00 in the following day.
