i am 52 years old European nation

since now i stayed in Thailand by tourist visa with 3 entries ( 9 months)

i come again to thailand with 3 entry tourist visa in 14 august this years

but now i am intend to jump from tourist visa to retirement visa this year ( i am tired of visa runs and visa minibuses driving very danger sometime)

but i dont have 800.000 baht yet.. ( but some offices show the money for me and charges 20 thousand baht as i hear)

question is : what i have to do all about ?

i am in pattaya now.

when i better apply for ?
