Anyone know of a place in Chiang Rai that can replace the battery in my old 30GB iPod?

Try Chiang Rai Technocom in Ruangnakorn Rd behind the Overbrook Hospital. Service dept is behind the shop, but I doubt if you will have any luck - but worth asking.

They have a branch in Central now and the manager is usually there.

Also there is an Apple shop on the same level.

There are that many IT/computer shops on that level I'm sure someone would have one.

If you're up for it, buy the battery and change it yourself. There are "how to' videos on youtube.
