I know that you can train at the Buddhai Sawan institute just outside of Bangkok, near Ayudhaya. It's world reknown.

I think you're Muay Thai has to be pretty decent before you do something like this seriously.

i always know that Thai-Japanese Stadium, Dindaeng,Bangkok

has many free course martial art like aikido, karate, judo, or tae kwon do (and just know today it has kabri krabong course)

i wanna try .. but i dont like to scream when practise

By the way, I visited Thai-Japanese Stadium, Dindaeng to take a look for free fitness. A bit sad that the machines there are too old.

The Buddhai Sawan may be "officially" closed... I'm not sure of its current status. Pedro Villalobos is a great teacher and teaches out of Chiang Mai.

but ..hey i 'd love to try to take martial art course indeed .. but have a friend (or some) must be fun
