I am coming to BKK for several months I am an ameture body builder from US. I am looking for friend to lift with for spotting and to compete on gains and have fun.

Very friendly and serious about lifting.

Any advice on good gyms? I like california wow's pictures they have online.

I myself will move to BKK in December with family and looking for a friend for bb. i'm intermediate with 3 years experience, 2 of which I trained with a former Mr Canada. would need someone to spot and friendly competing with lfits as well to motivate each other for gaining and during cutting ;-)

when will you arrive in BKK? have been several times to BKK for business trips and can't find the California Wow's very BB friendly...
