I am looking for a agent/flight company/or any other travel service that offer the shortest time to cancel your ticket before estimed departure time for a reasonable price..

I am had a short notice job offer that means I maybe most be in Europe on tuesday (preferable before 8 am) but as it is not confirmed yet I would like to have the oppertunity too be able to cancel my ticket. As I read on the most companies travel information, they only allow you to cancel your ticket 24 hours before estimated departure time.

My idea is about to book a ticket, leaving Bangkok monday evening/night, and arrive Europe on the usual early morning, BUT, if I don't get the job on tuesday I just book of the ticket on monday afternoon or something. I would proberly get confirmation from the company around 1300-1500 hours on monday.

Does anybody have any suggestions or tips of a, economical preferably, service that would be excellent to hire in this case?

If I am not mistaken, you can buy a full fare ticket and cancel it pretty much right up to the flight time. I have flown with full fare tickets before and was not charged for canceled or changed flights. But that was 5-6 years ago...

I just cancelled alight with Eva air back to Europe with less than 24 hours before flight cost 4000 bht cancellation fee and 2-3 months before I get refunded money.

Best to check as probably not all airlines the same though
