Multi O Visa

Featured Replies

G'day All

I am lead to believe that if I enter Thailand before my utilized date as stated on my passport (05/10/11) I am given another 3 months on my "O" visa. Is this correct? Also, if I leave Thailand after my visa "O" and re enter on my previous "O" visa from the last entry the visa becomes invalid???? Shi...t I I just confused myself....!!!!!!?????!!!!!?????!!!!!!

Regards

LSK

Op you have confused me on the last part. The first bit is simpler. You don't get an extra 3 months so to speak, but if you do your border run just as the visa is about to expire you get another 3 months. So if you plan it right you do in fact get 15 months. Jim

Any entry prior to use before date of the multi entry visa will receive the normal 90 day stay. Any return after expiration of use before date will not receive any permitted to stay unless you obtain a re-entry permit prior to departure and use that to continue your previous permitted to stay period.
