Family Visa For Thai Wife

Hello all,

I Live In Uk and my wife In Bangkok and I am thinking of applying for family visa for my thai wife to visit me in UK. I have suitable accomodation for her to stay.

However, As I do not have job I am wondering whether it is possible for my brother who is working to be the sponser for wife family visa application?

and if this is possible, do I and Wife need to provide our bank statements with the application or just brother's bank statements?

Finance can come from the applicant's resources, the sponsor's, a third party's or any combination of these. Whoever is contributing to the finances should provide evidence of their ability to do so; 6 months bank statements are best.
