Pattaya Mercy Center grand opening

PATTAYA: -- The brand new Mercy Center, which cares for children who are mostly from broken homes, officially opened its doors on Sunday. The new center is located in Pong Municipality and the land and subsequent construction has been funded through donations to the Mercy Center which is an authorized charity project of the Haven Foundation. Fred and Dianne Doell, the International Directors of the Mercy Center welcomed invited guests to the event and the guest of honor, Howard Miller, the British Honorary Consul for Pattaya cut the ribbon and declared the center open.
