Double Tourist From Phnom Penh

Featured Replies

No one tried using Mr. Keo lately? Would like to hear some up to date experiences, as I haven't seen any reports since 9/15.

I was at Mr. Keo's place on Thursday evening and he said that he doesn't do Thai visas anymore. He recommended I go down there myself, so I did the next day and they said I wouldn't be able to get a double entry tourist visa, only a single. The embassy is closed this mon - wed so I haven't received it yet, but they said it would take a minimum of 2 days to process the visa and I would have to pay an extra $25 USD. Apparently things have changed a bit here.

Thank you for the info. Did you have to show a flight out of Thailand?

So an extra 25$ seems they like the agents fees themself for a lower result ..;:whistling:

It really is nuts for the consulate to be expecting to see documents which prove without a doubt that you're NOT a tourist. Since when do genuine tourists open Thai bank accounts and lease condos for 6 months. Are you refering to a Visa debit card?

just replying on posters question ........., and my visa granted prouves ONLY that there is no specific reason , real tourist , long time tourist or whatever....;, look up what is the definition of a tourist ..... no time limit on it :jap:

Next try at 1 march 2012 as this ones possibility"s ends......:whistling:

PS ; not refering visa card , this mastercard with prepayd money on it , (own money , not banks money)

PS ; not refering visa card , this mastercard with prepayd money on it , (own money , not banks money)

That's a debit card. Debit Visa, debit Mastercard --- same, same.

i do not see the importance

, but as booking tickets online , when choosing pay options it is always the creditcard option who works ( Airasia & Eva air & Air berlin )

and as completion on former reply , All visas before issued in Europe home consulate exeption the one from pp

first one ; visa exempt > fly home Europe

2) triple entry = 6 month > fly home Europe

3) Triple entry =7 months > fly home Europe

4) non imm o =3 months >fly home Europe

5 ED visa = 15 months > fly home Europe

6 on imm O =3 months > Fly Pnomh penh :jap:

7 Doublr Tr = probably 6 months (must be in home country by half may 2012 anyway :D to make finnaly my NON O IMM multiple 1 year B)

so all my visas beeing deliverd by my home country Consulate......by flying home exept number 7 (PP) this in periode from 2 /june 2008 until now , so 3 years ...

Now the 100 000 $ quiestion ....? .by flying home , taking visa Home country do you categorize me a tourist . ,? consulates seems they do so..;
