Only when coupled with an open hearth surgery. Othervise, no.

Yes it does, if the hospital and patient are registered for the scheme. They may try to sneak in some surplus charges though (i.e. for cleaning the instruments etc..)

Quiet would be a criteria I m currently in Na kluea for 5500 plus bills, a big studio fully furnished, but neighboring rooms are each shared by 2/3 and even 4 people. I have a 1 year rental lease of a condo I'm renting from a landlord. If I want to stay for another 3-4 months, how does it usually work? Do I need to ask the rental agent for another 3-4 month lease extension or can I just tell the agent I want to stay on and continue on a periodical basis of a month by month basis, on the same rental terms, after my 1 year lease has finished?

So I canceled the old one since it was still within the 24-hour cancellation period. I downloaded a PDF of the new report and have that now in case I need it.
