I'm thinking of coming up to Nong Khai next week.

Is there any flooding in NK itself or any problems on the highway up there?

I read some recent reports of people going to Vientiane.

No mentioning of any traffic problems.

Also this website says it is all clear:

Still possible that parts of Nong Khai town are flooded.
